Goods & Services Tax

All orders shipped from Kiehls.in will be subject to GST, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. GST is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual GST will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Payment Options

In the event if your credit card is declined your order will be accepted however will reflect under pending status till the time payment is not confirmed. In such event You can contact Quest Retail customer support at +91-96509-44451 through business days (Monday to Friday) or mail us at [email protected]. You can also share your concern with us through Quest Retail Live Chat service during business days (Monday to Friday), basis your confirmation we can cancel your current order and you can initiate a new order. Please do not share your credit card details with any Quest Retail representative.

As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message to Customer Service. Instead, we suggest that you call us directly at +91-96509-44451 with your credit card information.

Quest Retail offer you multiple options to process your payment securely against your orders. These options include – Debit Cards / Credit Cards / Net Banking / Mobile Wallets / UPI / e-Gift Cards. You can only make CoD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept foreign currency or demand drafts.In the event your credit card / debit or any subscribed payment option is declined, Quest Retail will inform you of this event and request to process the payment against the order. Should you wish we can share another payment link option with you to process your order value. Once the payment status is confirmed, we will dispatch your order at the earliest.

If our supply of the products is delayed/cancelled by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that a delay/cancellation may occur. We will not be liable for such delays/cancellation caused by the event and will only be liable to refund the amount received against the order along with any special charges paid for the order.

You may also make payment via “Cash on Delivery” (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product. However, this mode of payment facility is only available in select regions/ areas as specified by Quest Retail. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may or may not be available to you. Under current scenario we advise all our customers to practice contactless payment option, at the time of delivery you may choose to pay by UPI options.

Cash on Delivery Terms & Conditions
  • If you are not comfortable making an online payment on kiehls.in, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
  • The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is Rs.10,000. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
  • To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Please also ensure that you provide correct PIN Code and contact number.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few non-serviceable locations. Hence, based on your location, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
  • When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked, you will receive an OTP on your registered contact number for order confirmation.   • There is a no convenience charge on Cash on Delivery purchases.
  • The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.

International Orders

TRACKING A SHIPMENT

Once your order is processed, you will be notified through an email notification along with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Currently, Kiehls.in does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

PROMOTION CODES

If you have a promotional coupon code that can be redeemed from Quest Retail, please enter the offer code in the box in the shopping bag area upon checkout. The promotion will be reflected in the subsequent pages. If you would like to receive our timely promotions, please join the Customer Registry. Note, these promotional codes cannot be clubbed with certain other promotions. Offer eligibility criteria is at sole discretion of Quest Retail.

You may view your order history by signing into Your Account and selecting Order History from the left hand selection bar.

Notification – We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or to meet regulatory requirements, and reserve the right to do so at any time without any prior written notice to you. Your continued use of the Website subsequent to the posting of changes or updates shall mean that you accept and agree to the revisions, but we recommend that every time you order products from the Website that you check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time which will apply to the Contract between us.
